PROGRAM:

DAY 1: Welcome and meeting with your guide in Whitehorse. Visit of Whitehorse. Meals and night at the hotel in Whitehorse.

DAY 2: We drive to Haines Junction. 200km. We  visit the First Nation interpretative center and the national park headquarter. Lodging in Haines Junction.

DAY 3: We spend the day visiting the Kluane National park near Haines Junction. Lodging in Haines Junction.

DAY 4: We drive to Kluane lake. We visit this part of the park. Lodging in a motel, near Kluane lake.

DAY 5 : We drive the Alaksa highway to Tok, Alaska. We will cross the US border. Lodging in Tok.

DAY 6: We drive the “Top of the world”  highway to join Dawson in Yukon. We stop in Chicken a typical gold seekers village. Population : 21 in summer, 6 in winter. It is possible to go gold panning or to visit an old gold dredge. Then, we cross again the border with Canada before arriving to the Yukon River. We have to cross the river by ferry before arriving to Dawson City. Lodging in Dawson city.

DAY 7: Sightseeing of the typical village of Dawson, with the famous Jack London’s cabin. Lodging in Dawson.

DAY 8: We leave for the Tombstones Park on the Dempster Road. The Tombstones Mountains are a spectacular geological formation. We drive the Dempster Road  to the Arctic Circle. Lodging in Eagle Plain hotel.

DAY 9: We drive back the Dempster highway to the klondike highway. Lodging in Dawson.

DAY 10: We drive the Klondike Highway. Lunch  at Carmacks, then we drive to Whitehorse. Lodging in Whithorse.

DAY 11 : free day in Whitehorse and transfer at the airport.
